How it works

Companies that produce goods and computer services in Brazil can rely on tax incentives to invest in innovation. This program is guaranteed by the Law on Information, which allows these organizations to use part of the Tax on Industrialized Products (IPI) to finance projects for Research and Development (R & D) through the Scientific and Technological (ICT) based on Process Basic Production (PPB).

Fumsoft was accredited in 2011 by the Area Committee for Information Technology (CATI), an agency of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, and has become a qualified institution to receive these funds. Accreditation is the result of work started in 2010, when the organization formed to support the proposal of the Government of Minas Gerais, through Fapemig and the State Secretary for Science, Technology and Higher Education.
